As Korea's top legendary cheerleading goddess with 17 years of experience, Park Ki-ryang currently supports popular sports including Korean professional baseball, basketball, and soccer. She is also very active in the entertainment industry, participating in many variety shows and commercials, making her a genuine "celebrity cheerleader." In fact, Park has a strong connection with Taiwan, having been invited by the Chinese Professional Baseball League’s Lamigo Monkeys (now Rakuten Monkeys) in 2018 and 2019 to take part in related events.

Park Ki-ryang recalled, "Friends in Taiwan have known me for a long time, so many fans came to greet me at the airport. I felt the passion of Taiwanese fans during the games, with the front of the stage packed tightly. After the matches, hundreds of fans waited outside the hotel for photos and autographs, even giving me many local gifts. I am truly very grateful."

Park also fondly remembered the diverse Taiwanese cuisine, saying, "I have a very strong impression of Taiwanese food, especially the large intestine vermicelli which is really delicious. Even in the hot summer, many people eat it while sweating, and I also finished it all despite the heat because it was so tasty."

Moreover, when it comes to food, Taiwan’s famous milk tea cannot be missed. Park laughed, "During breaks at the stadium, milk tea and mango shaved ice were constantly brought in—about 100 cups—but there were only four cheerleaders and two staff members, so we really couldn’t finish it all."
